Scouting Manager, Depaul Kompany
Our Scouting Manager is a dedicated basketball parent and community leader who brings a calm, consistent presence to Kings United Basketball Club & Academy. With a strong understanding of youth sport and a genuine commitment to helping kids grow, they play an important role in identifying players who will thrive in our environment—both on and off the court.
Known for being fair and level-headed, our Scouting Manager takes a balanced approach to talent identification. They don’t chase highlights—they watch the details that matter: effort, attitude, defence, decision-making, and how a player responds to coaching and teammates. This helps ensure every athlete is assessed with the same standard and every opportunity is earned.
They are also highly organised and professional in the way they support our club.
